I offer a 30-45 min trail session to the client who is seeking therapy with me for the first time.It gives an opportunity for us to meet and understand my process of working , along with establishing space to check your safety and comfort. You can ask as many questions about the therapeutic process , so we can come to a mutual agreement and see what fits right .
